This point in particular is relevant to us:
Decreased effectiveness and questionable availability of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) safe harbor for sites that host user-contributed content;
Even a simple act of posting a highlight video could potentially land sites like this one in serious trouble should these bills pass as they are.
