According to this NCAA Attendance Report, TCU checks in at #8 in the country with a 104.63 in Accumulated Percent Capacity. TCU is the highest of all Big 12 schools beating out Oklahoma who came in at #9.
The top five is Louisville, Boise State, Alabama, South Florida, and Oregon.
