Texas Tech may forgo a non-conference game instead of playing it on the LHN.
Texas Tech, showing a little spine, is considering cancelling its game against creampuff Texas State, because the game will be shown (if played) on the Longhorn Network.
Tech learned of this possibility several days ago, and according to the source, is "adamantly opposed to playing on the Longhorn Network" and is "putting serious consideration into canceling the game and playing an 11 game schedule" this fall.
It this the correct choice for the Red Raiders?
[update: ESPN/LHN backed down. Winner: All of Texas not in Travis County; Loser: Bevo, Inc.]
