Ed Wesley Not Taken in Supplemental Draft

It's not a good day for former TCU RB Ed Wesley. The NFL Supplemental Draft was today and Wesley was not picked up. The only player taken was Baylor WR Josh Gordon. Ed is now a free agent and is able to sign with any team he wants. Hopefully somebody will give him a chance. I really wish Ed was still with TCU...

Former TCU running back Ed Wesley was generally considered the second-best player in this year’s supplemental draft, but after he measured 5-foot-8 and weighed 196 pounds, and ran the 40-yard dash in 4.7 seconds, we weren’t expecting him to be selected.
