SBNation BlogPoll Ballot, Week 11

LSU kicker Drew Alleman booted the Crimson Tide out of a near-tie with his Tigers for the top spot on my ballot-- and almost everyone else's, too.

It's time to break a rule-- usually at Frogs O' War no team that beats another team can rank below the beaten team, for at least a week. But the Northwestern win over Nebraska stretches the logic resume voting too far. So ranked Nebraska is, and ranked Northwestern is not.

Further commentary below the jump.

This week also allows some unwinding of the Clemson-Georgia Tech knot, which was a result of the winner-outranks-loser rule, last week. Clemson has a better resume, and it's not really close. So up shoot the Tigers, again ahead of the Hornets. This is as it should be.

Houston? Of course they won, and of course they fell a notch.
