This is a resume ballot. The only data I'm using to rank teams are wins and losses to date. That's why teams like Stanford, Wisconsin, and Oregon rank much lower here than elsewhere; their wins-- while many-- are over (generally) very unimpressive teams. By the same token, Clemson, Michigan, and South Florida are ranked here higher an average-- their wins are more impressive.
