The Frogs have had a long time to think about the incredibly frustrating one point road loss to Tulsa, and the Southern University Jaguars are the team in line to feel that pain. Southern is from the SWAC and has dropped games to both current Big 12 conference member Iowa State as well as to our former Mountain West mate Wyoming, while winning against South Dakota and a couple of division II teams. Overall the Jaguars will be an interesting measuring stick, as we can compare a bit with how we may fare against our actual conference competition- Iowa State beat the Jags by 23, and while they're a good team this year they're the type of team TCU is going to have to beat in the next few years if it's going to be anything but a cellar dweller in the Big 12. Let's beat Southern by 24.
