It has been a whirlwind of an offseason for TCU, but it’s time to put all of that behind us because the 17th ranked Horned Frogs are back and ready to start preparing for their first season in the Big 12.
TCU players reported this morning for the start of preseason camp. Today began with a team picture and other photos. The Frogs will then have an NCAA Compliance meeting, before head coach Gary Patterson and select players participate in a media luncheon/news conference. The afternoon schedule includes physicals, equipment disbursement and team meetings.
TCU will hit the practice field for the first time Monday at 4 p.m.

October 10th, 2011: TCU’s Board of Trustees unanimously approved the Frogs move to the Big 12
January 10th, 2012: TCU announces ticket prices for new stadium
February 14th, 2012: West Virginia settles with the Big East and joins the Big 12
February 14th, 2012: TCU’s 2012 Football schedule finally released
February 15th, 2012: Four TCU football players were among the 17 students arrested in a drug bust
June 29, 2012: RB Ed Wesley decides to enter the NFL Supplemental Draft
August 3, 2012: TCU 360 reports that Casey Pachall told police he had failed a recent student athlete drug test.
