So maybe the real key to the game this week is that I won't be watching, and without the feel of my icy stare on their necks the offense will actually move the ball and look like a football team. If they want to do that though,I still have some advice.
1. RUN. RUN THE BALL.
TCU ran 41 times against Kansas and it made my football pants go crazy. Do it again. Specifically, Trevone, you run it as much as you like. You see, Daniel Sams did that last week for Kansas State and he ended up with 118 yards on the ground, and Kansas State almost pulled off the win.
2. DON'T LET THEM SCORE AS MUCH
But seriously, our defense should be able to lock down this pedestrian Oklahoma State offense. They're not very dynamic. At all. Terell Lathan, get some pressure on J.W. Walsh please, and Verrett, a pick for you, and for Sam Carter. I'm calling less than 275 yards of offense for the Pokes on the day.
