The Baltimore Orioles made a move on Tuesday to strengthen their rotation, acquiring Scott Feldman from the Chicago Cubs. The Orioles also added catcher and Maryland native Steve Clevenger in return for pitchers Jake Arrieta and Pedro Strop.
