Tausch started all 13 games and was an Associated Press honorable-mention All-Big 12 selection last season. During his career, he has made starts at center, guard and tackle.
Tausch and fellow offensive lineman John Wooldridge (6-5, 310, Sr.) are two of five Horned Frogs to have already earned their degree. They will play the 2013 campaign as graduate students.
Collins started all 13 games a year ago to become the first true freshman to start on offense in the 12-year tenure of head coach Gary Patterson.
Collins comes from a family with strong track and field ties to TCU. His dad, Bill, is in the TCU Lettermen's Association Hall of Fame as a Southwest Conference champion sprinter. Older brother Lavon is currently a sprinter and hurdler for the Horned Frogs, earning first-team All-America honors as a member of the 4x400 relay squad that finished seventh at the 2013 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
Joey Hunt (6-3, 295, So.) lettered as a true freshman last season and made a start at left guard against Iowa State. He has the ability to contribute at both center and guard.
Jamelle Naff (6-4, 325, So.) came out of the spring in a first-team position at guard and is competing for a starting job in fall camp. He saw action in five of TCU's final six Big 12 games last season.
Halapoulivaati Vaitai (6-6, 308, So.) played in five games as a true freshman last season and is pushing for a starting job at tackle.
James Dunbar (6-6, 315, Sr.) is a two-year letterman who could help the Horned Frogs at eight guard or tackle.
Offensive guard Brady Foltz (6-4, 325, So.) saw action in 12 games last season and is the younger brother of graduated All-Big 12 offensive guard Blaize Foltz. Between Blaize and Brady, TCU will have a Foltz on its offensive line for eight consecutive seasons.
Wooldridge (6-5, 310, Sr.), like Dunbar, is a veteran who can play more than one position on the line. Wooldridge made a start at right guard at Oklahoma State.
Bobby Thompson (6-6, 310, So.) has been in the program for two years and is in the mix at tackle.
Chad Childs (6-5, 300, RFr.) will also compete for playing time after redshirting last season.
Eason Fromayan (6-5, 280, Fr.), Patrick Morris (6-3, 288, Fr.), Joseph Noteboom (6-5, 295, Fr.) and Matt Pryor (6-7, 350, Fr.) are a quartet of true freshmen looking to earn immediate playing time.
Fromayan was an early enrollee who went through spring practice. His dad, Edwin, was a four-year TCU men's basketball letterman (1987-91).
Morris can contribute at both center and guard. Noteboom and Pryor are at tackle.
Lloyd Tunstill (6-4, 305, Jr.) is another newcomer who also has the versatility to be used at multiple positions. The Santa Clarita, Calif., native and College of the Canyons transfer could be used at either guard or tackle.
