TCU Horned Frogs Make Giant Leap in National College Football Polls

The TCU Horned Frogs find themselves in the Top 10 in the AP Poll after a stunning 37-33 win over the Oklahoma Sooners on Saturday.

Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

TCU's big win over the Oklahoma Sooners has made people take notice, as now the Horned Frogs find themselves ranked No. 9 and No. 12 in the AP and Coaches Polls, respectively.

It's the first time the Horned Frogs have been ranked in the Top 10 since the postseason polls after the Rose Bowl victory, when they were the consensus No. 2 team in the country.

Next up, TCU will face off against No. 3/5 Baylor in Waco, in a matchup of playoff hopefuls. Unfortunately, GameDay has already announced it will be heading to Auburn/Mississippi State.

The Frogs jumped No. 11 Oklahoma in the AP Poll, but remain behind them in the Coaches Poll.

Other Big 12 teams making an appearance are Baylor (AP No. 5, Coaches No. 3), Oklahoma State (16/18), and Kansas State (17/16).
