TCU will face Ole Miss in the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl

the Horned Frogs will play the Rebels on December 31st in Atlanta, Georgia.

It was just announced that TCU, co-champs of the Big 12, will play Ole Miss on December 31st in the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl.

TCU finished at No. 6 in the final rankings while Ole Miss was No. 9.

Obviously it's not the College Football Playoff, but it's a huge opportunity for a statement win, and a cap on an incredible season. Ole Miss went 9-3 on the season, dropping three of their final five games after a 7-0 start, including a 35-31 loss to Auburn that saw them lose then-leading receiver Laquon Treadwell.

Ole Miss has a great defense, and it will be arguably the toughest test for TCU's offense all year. The Rebels rank 12th in total defense, allowing just 321 yards of offense a game.

Meanwhile, No. 5 Baylor will take on No. 8 Michigan State in the Cotton Bowl. No. 20 Boise State will head to the Fiesta Bowl to face off against Arizona.

We'll obviously have much more on Ole Miss as we move through the month, but it should be a really great game.
