History will be made Saturday afternoon when the TCU Horned Frogs open play in their first-ever home NCAA Super Regional. A berth in the College World Series is on line as the Frogs host Pepperdine. Game one is set for 3 p.m. Saturday. The entire Super Regional will air live on ESPNU.
TCU junior right-handed pitcher Jordan Kipper was selected by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the ninth round of the 2014 MLB First-year Player Draft. He is the second Horned Frog drafted this season.
