According to Jeremy Fowler of CBS, TCU will meet up with Cal in 2020 and 2021 for a home-and-home series.

TCU will get the first home game, in 2020. It's long been rumored that the Frogs have been searching for an opponent on the West Coast, partially due to the large fan base stationed in California. Now it appears they've done just that.
Cal has won just four games over the past two seasons, but the Golden Bears had won 29 games in the four seasons prior to 2012 and 2013.
Frankly, this is a much better game than some D-II school. Cal will be the first Pac-12 team hosted by TCU since the Frogs defeated Stanford 31-14 in 2008.
TCU also has a future home-and-home scheduled with Arkansas, in 2016,2017.
No announcement has been made officially, as of yet, but one is expected to come down later this week.
