Both Tuaua and Petties-Wilson are eligible to play Saturday against Texas. There's also a note in the article that says Terrell Lathan will not play against Texas.

The university’s disciplinary review process was completed Tuesday after which both players were reinstated to the football team, Patterson said after practice Wednesday night.

Texas quarterback Jerrod Heard would like to exploit the injuries and new faces. He has accounted for 907 yards in total offense in his first three starts. That’s more than the last six starting quarterbacks were able to do in their first three games.
