TCU looks to improve to 8-0 on the season when they face off against West Virginia at Amon G. Carter Stadium on Thursday evening. TCU and West Virginia have had some fantastic games over the past three seasons, with the road team winning every game. TCU needed a last second field goal from Jaden Oberkrom to get out of Morgantown with a win last season, and a two-point conversion in double overtime to seal the win in 2012.
West Virginia struggled with consistency on offense against Baylor in a 62-38 loss, which dropped them to 3-3 on the season and 0-3 in Big 12 play. The Mountaineers have lost their first three Big 12 games by an average of 17 points.
Meanwhile, Trevone Boykin is averaging 425 yards per game and is well on his way to earning an invitation to New York at the season's end.
