TCU Injury Update: Boykin, Doctson Questionable for Oklahoma

During Monday's Big 12 teleconference, TCU head coach Gary Patterson revealed that as of now, quarterback Trevone Boykin and wide receiver Josh Doctson are both questionable for Saturday night's primetime matchup against the Oklahoma Sooners.

Obviously we'll know more tomorrow, Patterson said as much, but this news raises serious questions about how competitive TCU can be against Oklahoma.

Doctson suffered a wrist injury against Oklahoma State two weeks ago, forcing him out of that contest. He played sparingly against Kansas, recording just one catch for 12 yards.

Boykin seemed to injure his ankle on his second play of the game, but remained in until taking a sack later in the first quarter, after which he was helped to the locker room. He did not return to the contest, despite returning to the sideline in the second quarter.

According to the Fort Worth Star Telegram's Carlos Mendez, Boykin, plus the four other injuries recorded Saturday, brings TCU's total to 23 for the season. Here's the full list (to the best of my ability), of players who have missed a little bit of time for one reason or another. I could only get to 20. I'll update as I remember others/you tell me in the comments.
