How 2015 TCU is, in a way, better than 2014 TCU | USA Today
The resilience of this team is incredible, and yes, going 10-2 is very impressive. Not sure I'd take it this far to say they're, in a way, better, but was it a satisfying season? Sure thing.
But in so many ways, TCU's 10-2 record was as impressive and as satisfying as any season in Patterson's tenure, which is saying something given that the Horned Frogs have finished in the top-10 five times in the last decade and went unbeaten in 2010.
TCU's Summers Named Walter Camp Defensive Player of the Week | GoFrogs.com
Did you know: Summer's was a QB in high school?
A quarterback in high school, Summers had the most tackles in a game during the 15-season tenure of TCU head coach Gary Patterson while tying for sixth-best in school history. His final stop was on Baylor’s 4th-and-1 rush in the second overtime to end the game and give the Horned Frogs the win.
New bowl projections, now that Oklahoma's already in the College Football Playoff | SB Nation
This has TCU headed to the Alamo Bowl.
The Sooners are now free to begin Playoff prep, having tacked a blowout of No. 11 Oklahoma State onto their No. 3 ranking to conclude their schedule. If they still had a conference championship to go, they'd be at risk of not making the Playoff at all.
(This is your reminder that the Big 12 Championship, when it existed, cost the league far more national title shots than it ever enabled.)

#TCUVB is Going Dancing! | GoFrogs.com
Pretty great for Jill Kramer's first year as head coach.
The Jill Kramer era for the TCU volleyball team begins with a berth to the 2015 NCAA Division I Volleyball Championship, as the Horned Frogs earned an at-large selection to the tournament that will take place Dec. 3-19 as announced during the NCAA selection show on Sunday evening.
Football Recruiting
TCU adding to strong quarterback depth in 2016 recruiting class | Fort Worth Star Telegram
Adding D'Eriq King and Brennan Wooten to the mix should only raise the level of competition for the starting job.
TCU’s recruiting class of 2016 also includes several tall, rangy defensive backs and an outside receiver to fill the void left by graduating seniors Josh Doctson and Kolby Listenbee. TCU has around six more spots to fill.
TCU Gives Scout 100 CB Trayvon Mullen Something to Ponder | Scout.com
He would be a huge get for the Horned Frogs. He'll also visit Florida State, LSU, Alabama, and Clemson.
"Coach Patterson is a great dude, and I feel as if he can develop me into a great player," Mullen said. "I love the campus and everyone is a family. It's a great school and they say I have an opportunity to be the best that played at TCU, which I feel is true."
