Joseph Broadnax, a 6-foot-0, 305 pound defensive tackle from Dallas Bryan Adams, became the lone defensive tackle in TCU's 2015 class when he inked earlier today. Broadnax is almost a carbon copy of Chucky Hunter, and Frog fans can only hope he becomes just as productive.
Broadnax, a 3-star recruit, committed to TCU in February of 2014, and signs almost a year after he originally pledged to the Frogs. He's rated as the No. 7 DT prospect in the state of Texas, and the No. 41 DT prospect overall, by Scout.com.
While he garnered some interest from the likes of Baylor, Oklahoma and Texas, Broadnax never really brought in many offers. That's largely in part to the fact that once he pledged to TCU, he never wavered. Other schools likely knew he would not be persuaded to change his mind, and they left him alone.
Check out his hudl highlights here, and welcome Joe to the Frog Family!
