TCU has announced a football home-and-home series with Colorado and Stanford.
The addition of Colorado and Stanford adds to future TCU non-conference schedules that include a trip to Minnesota in the 2015 season opener and upcoming home-and-home series with Arkansas (2016-17), Ohio State (2018-19) and Cal (2020-21).
The Horned Frogs and Buffaloes will meet for the first time in their history on Sept. 3, 2022 in Boulder. TCU and Colorado will then play Sept. 2, 2023 in Fort Worth. TCU and Stanford will meet in the 2024 and 2027 campaigns. The Horned Frogs and Cardinals will play Aug. 31, 2024 in Palo Alto and Sept. 4, 2027 in Fort Worth.
TCU and Stanford have met just twice previously. The Horned Frogs won both games, 38-36 at Stanford in 2007 and 31-14 in Fort Worth in 2008.
With Cal, Colorado and Stanford, TCU will have six games against Pac-12 opponents in an eight-year stretch (2020-27).
