In the final quadrant of the Burger/Pizza region, it's two burgers going at it. Winner faces off against the winner of No. 2 Dutch's vs. No. 15 Tommy's Grill.
No. 7 Fred's
Style: Burgers
Location: 915 Currie St.
Price Range: ~$11-$30
Here's a positive review from Yelp:
If you're looking for fast service, comfortable seats, the correct order, and healthy food, do not go to Fred's Texas Café in Fort Worth. However, if you want good freaking food (after switching hamburgers with the people at my table) that may give you a heart attack, Fred's is your place. This dive featured on Guy's Drive-In, Diners, and Dives is one wonderful place. The Fredburger is fully-loaded with the works, cheese optional on a fresh grilled bun. You can see the grease dripping off it after each bite and at least one napkin per bite is necessary.
No. 10 M&O Station
Style: Burgers
Location: 200 Carroll St.
Price Range: ~$13-$25
Here's a positive Yelp review:
The burgers are delicious, and their fries are greasy and "heart attack like", but probably some of the best fries I've had. I can't just recommend one burger because they all add something different to your pallet. So you're just going to have to go with what your gut tells you.
