This is definitely a locals type of place a bit off the beaten path. They have a great selection of enchiladas with a variety of sauces. I went with the smoked beef brisket enchilada with red sauce and a side of a special sauce made from a pepper in New Mexico called the hatch pepper. Wow the beef was fantastic, the red sauce was on point but the highlight was by far the hatch sauce. Hot but not too spiced with lime and cilantro, you could put this stuff on a tire and eat it. I highly recommend stopping in for a meal.
