Could this one be an upset? Winner faces the winner of No. 7 Melis Taqueria vs. No. 10 Yucatan Taco Stand.
No. 2 Joe T Garcia's
Style: Mexican
Location: 2201 N. Commerce St.
Price Range: ~$11-$30
Here's a positive review from Yelp:
Can't come to Fort Worth without a visit to Joe T.s! I usually come with a big group but their large party is perfectly suitable. The line wrapped around the front of the restaurant may be daunting, but don't let it scare you. Jump in line, it usually moves fast and get a pitcher of margs to help pass the time.
No. 15 El Asadero
Style: Mexican
Location: 1535 N. Main St.
Price Range: ~$11-$30
Here's a positive Yelp review:
Wow... Mole sauce on my chicken was out of this world. The bone-in chick leg and thigh were soft, tender, and juicy, smothered in delicious mole sauce, which had a hint of coco with a mild sweet flavor, complimented by a pinch of spiciness. We also tried beef quesadilla, which was awesome. Beef was tender and well seasoned. Guacamole was delicious. Not overly intrusive with garlic or lime or salt. The flavor was subtle, and I was able to taste the creaminess of delicious avocado.
