TCU took advantage of a multitude of LSU errors to jump out to a lead in the 4th inning of Sunday's game and never looked back.
It was the College World Series, against the No. 1-ranked team in the country, and TCU coach Jim Schlossnagle leaned back and relaxed. Why? Because Preston Morrison was on the mound.

TCU will face the winner of Vanderbilt-Cal State Fullerton at 7:00pm Central on Tuesday, the loser of which will face LSU at 2:00pm Central in an elimination game.
Cal State Fullerton and ace Thomas Eshelman went into the sixth inning with a 3-0 lead over Vanderbilt and ace Carson Fulmer when lightning chased the players from the field, with torrential downpours following soon after. The game is scheduled to resume at 11:05am Monday with two outs and a Vanderbilt runner on third and the No. 4 hitter at the plate with a 2-2 count.
