On another beautiful summer day in Fort Worth, the Frogs and the Aggies will take the field again in a game that could send TCU to Omaha and TAMU packing.  Statistics show that the team that wins game one of a super regional has a 78% chance to make it to Omaha.  On top of that, the host team in a super regional has a 73% chance of advancing. Altogether, the Frogs have put themselves in a great position to return to Omaha for the second straight season.

Not only did TCU have one heck of a day at the plate on Saturday, but the Aggies were forced to use three quality pitchers.  Andrew Vinson, who came in in the fourth inning for TAMU yesterday was a popular pick to be on the mound for the Aggies in today's game. Now, it is likely that TAMU will start Matt Kent who is 9-1 on the season with a 2.99 era, 78 Ks and 10 BBs through 13 starts and 90.1 innings pitched.
