Out of Yuma High in CO - by way of Crown College in Minnesota - but claiming Amarillo as his hometown - sophomore linebacker Harrison Gillaspy may not be a household name among Frog Fans, as he has yet to get on the field for TCU. But the 5'11", 220 pound defender has earned a spot on the team, and will try and work his way in to the rotation after transferring to TCU this year.
A DT in high school, Gillaspy shows good pursuit skills as well as being able to drop in to coverage and gets his hands up in to the passing lane. Whether he becomes an every down player or a practice squad guy, he will play a role for this team in their pursuit of the playoffs.
Fifty days... we can do this, guys.
