TCU vs. Kansas Gamethread

Join us as the Frogs look to pull an impossible upset against the top ranked Kansas Jayhawks this afternoon at Allen Fieldhouse.

Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

The Frogs return to the court this afternoon to face the #1-ranked Kansas Jayhawks at Allen Fieldhouse. The contest marks just the second time in program history that TCU will go up against a top-ranked team on the road. Kansas enters the game 14-2 on the year, fresh off a tough road loss to West Virginia earlier this week. The Frogs, on the other hand, are 9-7 after Wednesday night's 28-point defeat at the hands of Baylor.

The Jayhawks are one of the best shooting and scoring teams in the nation, as they enter the game in the top 15 in the nation in scoring, field goal percentage, and three-point shooting. TCU has struggled to build an identity on offense, averaging just 61.8 points per game in Big 12 play. For a full overview of today's game, check out our preview. Today's contest will be televised nationally on ESPN with tipoff set for 1:00 PM. And as always, join us below for updates from Lawrence!
