TCU vs. Tennessee Gamethread

The Frogs return to action this afternoon for a Big 12/SEC Challenge contest against the Tennessee Volunteers.

Brendan Maloney-USA TODAY Sports

TCU returns to the hardwood this afternoon looking to put an end to their five-game losing streak. The Frogs will have a decent opportunity to do just that against the Tennessee Volunteers as part of the annual Big 12/SEC Challenge. TCU is undefeated against the SEC, having knocked off Mississippi and Mississippi State in the first two years of the event.

The Frogs will have their hands full with Tennessee guard Kevin Punter, who enters today's game averaging over 22 points per game. A pretty solid supporting cast has the Vols offense ranking in the top 75 in the nation, a formidable challenge for a TCU offense that has struggled to put points on the board as of late. Today's game will be televised nationally on ESPN2 with local radio broadcasts available on 88.7 KTCU-FM and 590AM-KLIF. And as always, join us below for updates from Fort Worth!
