Yes, we are retitling Frogs in the Pros to TCU ‘Lesser Athletes’ in the NFL, after Charlie Strong threw some (probably accidental) shade at TCU and Baylor earlier this week, calling their spread systems a vehicle for overcoming having lesser athletes than the powerhouse programs.
Strong on the Big 12 being a spread league: "When people saw what Baylor and TCU was doing with lesser athletes, everybody jumped on board."

Well, those programs, and those lesser athletes, are representing TCU well in the big leagues. Let’s take a look back at week five.
Jonathan Anderson, LB (Chicago Bears):
No stats for Jonathan this week.
2016 Season Stats: 4 tackles
Trevone Boykin, QB (Seattle Seahawks):
BYE WEEK
2016 Season Stats: 7-9 (77.7%), 65 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT; 2 rush, -2 yards
Marcus Cannon, OL (New England Patriots):
The Patriots finally lost a game. But a pissed off Tom Brady returns for week five, so it was probably a one-time deal.
Tank Carder, LB (Cleveland Browns):
No stats for Tank this week.
Andy Dalton, QB (Cincinnati Bengals):
The Bengals defense got carved up by the Cowboys’ rookies in the first half, and Dallas cruised to an easy win while Dalton got to pad his stats. The Red Rifle was hoping that purple blood would run deep in his former college home, but most Frog fans seem pretty happy that the boys in blue got it done.
Week 5 Stats: 29-41, 269 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT, 6 rushes, 34 yards
2016 Season Stats: 126-187 (67.4%), 1,503 yards, 5 TD, 2 INT; 17 rush, 88 yards
Josh Doctson, WR (Washington Redskins):
No Doc sighting this week as he tries to get healthy.
2016 Season Stats: 2 reception, 66 yards
Jerry Hughes, DE (Buffalo Bills):
Jerry was kept out of the backfield by the Rams O Line, but he was the only one, as the Buffalo D racked up four sacks on the day.
Week 5 Stats: 4 tackles
2016 Season Stats: 20 tackles, 4 sacks, 1 PBU
Joey Hunt, C (Seattle Seahawks):
BYE WEEK
Colin Jones, S (Carolina Panthers):
No stats for Colin this week.
2016 Season Stats: 2 tackles
Jeremy Kerley, WR (San Francisco 49ers):
Jeremy Kerley is quickly becoming Blaine Gabbert’s favorite target, especially on third down. He continues to impress in the early season.
Week 5 Stats: 8 receptions, 102 yards, 1 touchdown; 3 punt returns, 0 yards
2016 Season Stats: 26 receptions, 304 yards, 1 touchdown; 7 punt returns, 57 yards
Derrick Kindred, S (Cleveland Browns):
DK had the joy of facing Tom Brady in his first game back from suspension. Things went about as expected.
Week 5 Stats: 4 tackles
2016 Season Stats: 24 tackles, 2 PBU
Marshall Newhouse, OT (New York Giants):
No stats for Marshall this week.
Halapoulivaati Vaitai, OT (Philadelphia Eagles):
Big V might get his first start of the year Sunday as the Eagles wait the result of Lane Johnson’s suspension appeal.
Jason Verrett, CB (San Diego Chargers):
Verrett is out for the year after suffering a knee injury. Get well soon, JV!
2016 Season Stats: 13 tackles, 2 PD, 1 INT
Frogs On Practice Squads
Aaron Green, RB, St. Louis Rams
P.J. Dawson, LB, Cincinnati Bengals
Stansly Maponga, DE, New York Giants
