The Associated Press released it’s updated Top 25 on Monday morning, and TCU is receiving votes.

The Frogs pulled in 33 ‘points’ in this week’s poll, putting them at 29th in the AP rankings. This is the first time since December 2014 that TCU has appeared in any form or fashion in the AP Poll, but this time it’s for beating higher quality competition.

11 voters had TCU in the Top 25, with one brave man, Tony Parks of “The Zone” in Salt Lake City putting TCU all the way at 20, one spot behind West Virginia, and ahead of South Carolina, Notre Dame, Florida, Wichita State, and Oregon.

Other Big 12 teams showed up at No. 3 (Kansas), No. 4 (Baylor), No. 15 (West Virginia), and No. 25 (Iowa State).

TCU plays again Wednesday, when they travel to Dallas to face the 6-3 SMU Mustangs.
