The wide receiver train keeps rolling through Funky Town, as another talented pass catcher has given his verbal pledge to Gary Patterson and TCU. At 6'2" and 180 pounds, RJ Sneed could certainly become a favorite target for 2017 QB pledge Shawn Robinson, a dynamic athlete in his own right. The duo should give Big XII defensive coordinators nightmares for years to come, something that offensive coaches Sonny Cumbie and Doug Meacham seem to be well aware of, judging by their smiles.

A three star recruit according to 247, Sneed already has 12 offers including Cal, OSU, Houston, Ole Miss, and Utah. He has also been shown interest from Texas, Baylor, and A&M, but chose to make a commitment to TCU just as recruiting was really starting to heat up for him.
An exceptional route runner for a young player, Sneed has really great feet in addition to his 4.45 speed. He used that combination to compile a 34 catch, 559 yard, and nine touchdown junior campaign.
And this is why college coaches are taking notice of Cy-Ranch WR RJ Sneed #smooth https://t.co/Ye4q72dnvX

While it is certainly early in the process, the commitment of Sneed bodes well for a 2017 class that is now three strong, including the five star Robinson and Aledo guard Wes Harris, a four star recruit. It's a strong start on the offensive side of the ball, and at a position that has become one of the deepest and most dynamic in the conference.
Check out his highlights below, and welcome to the #FrogFam, RJ!
