Tonight's matchup against UT Rio Grande Valley will be the first since this school took on their new name. The Frogs played them in 2015, but at that time they were called UT Pan-American. The two schools played a two game series last year and TCU won both matchups.

The most interesting aspect of tonight's game is that Schlossnagle has made it known he wants to get the chance to throw a lot of young arms. If it goes anything like last week's mid-week contest against Arkansas-Pine Bluff, the Frogs should be able to do just that.  The starter for the Frogs has been announced as Dalton Horton, a freshman who saw his only two innings of work in relief of fellow freshman Devon Roedahl in that 17-3 win against UAPB last Wednesday.

The game will be televised on Fox College Sports ("FCS"), but that's a channel that isn't normally included in your standard sports package. If you can't be there in person or watch it on TV, follow along with us below in the gamethread and we'll keep you up to date on the action. You can learn more about the matchup in our FOW preview.
