Big Loser: Ole Miss

Here is how it came out for TCU:

Baseball America D1 Baseball Baseball News NCBWA USA Today Perfect Game Composite Rank StDev
Big12 TCU 4 9 8 6 6 4 6 1.86

In their projected field of 64, D1 Baseball does not have us as a national seed.

Conference Score Change
SEC 129 -9
ACC 88 -2
Big12 35 8
PAC 18 -8
Wild Card 28 5
B1G 0 0

Texas Tech's rise and TCU's steady play has really helped the Big 12 as the PAC continues to fall. The SEC remains dominant and it looks like they will definitely get three teams as national seeds.

Finally, here is the updated breakdown on which ranking system favors which conference:

Baseball America Percentage D1 Percentage Baseball News Percentage NCBWA Percentage USA Percentage PG Percentage
SEC 811 42% 824 42% 803 41% 807 41% 823 42% 766 39%
ACC 526 27% 610 31% 589 30% 619 32% 622 32% 589 30%
PAC 204 10% 198 10% 174 9% 194 10% 187 10% 223 11%
Big12 178 9% 147 8% 134 7% 149 8% 139 7% 196 10%
B1G 42 2% 2 0% 15 1% 15 1% 9 0% 22 1%
WC 189 10% 169 9% 235 12% 166 9% 170 9% 154 8%

As of now, with the SEC assuredly getting three national seeds, that leaves five available. Let's just say for now the ACC gets two of them, that leaves three spots for the Big 12 (TCU, Tech), PAC (Cal, Oregon State) and the Wild Cards (UCSB). What are your predictions?
