Avila is one of five offensive linemen commits for this class, and he’s rated as the No. 42 offensive guard for the class of 2018. Avila committed to TCU back in March and never wavered. He also held offers from Kansas State and Utah.
Standing at 6-4, 308, Avila is a monster who can absolutely thump you on the interior of the line. He’s got good footwork, and has the ability to pull and get to the second level. He’s everything you need in a guard, and he’s a fantastic addition to the Frog Fam.
