Van Wagoner was a highly sought after receiver, not only for his skills, but because of his intellect. Van Wagoner had offers from Harvard, Princeton, Brown, Cornell, and Yale, to go with 20+ offers from other schools like Wisconsin, Washington State, Mississippi State, Arizona State, Arizona, and Ole Miss.
Standing at 6-1, 180, Van Wagoner is another big target added to this class. The Frogs have inked three receivers over 6-feet tall, and are awaiting the fax of another. With TCU losing a slew of receivers after this season, it was important for the coaches to bring in some receiver talent, and Van Wagoner absolutely fits that mold.
