TCU’s connection to The Boot just got stronger, as Monroe, LA product Hidari Ceasar has just signed his NLI with the Frogs.

Ceasar, a 3-star safety from Richwood High School, committed to TCU back in early June, and pretty much shut his recruiting down afterwards. He’s a tall, rangy defensive back who should fit wonderfully into TCU’s 4-2-5.
He has what Gary Patterson loves most in any defender: speed. Ceasar played on both sides of the ball in high school, but will stay on the defensive side of things for TCU.
