Sometimes you watch a kids film, and he just pops off the screen. That’s what 6-4 athlete John Stephens Jr. does, and he signed an NLI with TCU on Wednesday.

The giant Stephens Jr. is an outside receiving threat the likes of which TCU has been sorely missing over the past few seasons. His leaping ability, combined with his height, will be a nightmare matchup for opposing defenses down the road.
Stephens Jr. is one of four commits from Louisiana for the Frogs, as TCU’s pipeline from the Boot is still pumping out talent. The 3-star athlete is rated as the No. 29 recruit from Louisiana, and he also held offers from Mississippi State and Arizona State.
