The 68-team field for the 2017 NCAA Tournament was announced this evening on CBS, with Villanova as the #1 overall seed in the nation. Nine of TCU’s opponents this season made the field, six from the Big 12 as well as Jacksonville State, Texas Southern, and SMU. Against those teams, the Frogs were 5-12. The game times and television schedule will be released later tonight, but here is the breakdown by region for now. The East region is paired with the West region and the Midwest region is paired with the South region for Final Four purposes.
