TCU baseball was announced as the No. 6 National Seed on Monday morning, marking the third time in four years the Frogs have been a national seed.
NCAA National Seeds:

1. Oregon State
2. North Carolina
3. Florida
4. LSU
5. Texas Tech
6. TCU
7. Louisville
8. Stanford
The National Seeds all came from four conferences: Big 12, SEC, ACC, and PAC 12, which is interesting. TCU and Texas Tech shared the Big 12 championship this regular season, while both were eliminated in the Big 12 Tournament.
The Fort Worth Regional is paired with the Fayetteville Regional, and the Frogs will host Virginia, Dallas Baptist, and Central Connecticut State. Arkansas hosts Missouri State, Oklahoma State, and Oral Roberts.
The Fort Worth Regional will start Friday, June 2nd, with Virginia facing off against DBU.

This regional for TCU is going to be incredibly difficult. Virginia likely should have been a regional host, but instead they travel to Fort Worth as the two seed. The Frogs have seen DBU several times this season, and Central Connecticut State travels really, really far to come to Texas.
This is arguably the toughest Regional-Regional pairing, and it’s going to be a very tough road to Omaha.
