Cam Warner is the fifth Horned Frog taken in this year’s MLB Draft, after the Detroit Tigers picked him up in the 28th round.

Warner, a senior, has spent the last two seasons at TCU after transferring from Hill College. As a senior, Warner has hit .292, with five home runs and ten stolen bases. He has a second-best 73 hits to this point in the season, and has been a solid fielder at second base this season (.980 fielding %).
Now, Warner joins Austen Wade, Evan Skoug, Brian Howard, and Mitchell Traver as the Horned Frogs drafted in the 2017 MLB Draft. Best of luck in the pros, Cam!
