It’s SMU Hate Week, and we’ll get to that later today, but TCU’s game time against Oklahoma State has just been announced.

The Frogs will head to Stillwater to face Oklahoma State at 2:30 p.m. The game will be televised on ABC, ESPN, or ESPN 2. Obviously, Disney is expecting this to be a matchup deserving of as many eyes as possible.

The Frogs face SMU this week, while Oklahoma State squares off against 1-1 Pitt. With the current rankings, TCU-Oklahoma State would be one of just two matchups between ranked teams in Week 4 of the college football season (with the other one being UCLA vs. Stanford). Of course, a lot can change between now and then.

The Frogs are just 1-4 against Oklahoma State since joining the Big 12, including a 31-6 whipping at the hands of the Pokes last season in Fort Worth.

Hopefully an improved defense can slow down a potent Oklahoma State offense that has scored 103 points in the first two weeks of the season.

Of course, the Frogs defense will face their first real passing threat this weekend, against an SMU team that has scored 112 points in their first two games.

It’s a tough matchup for the Frogs, in their first Big 12 game of the season, but if they can get past OSU, we may be in for a treat.
