Michael Collins’ encore, Darius Anderson touches among things to watch in TCU-K-State | Fort Worth Star Telegram

Collins threw for 351 yards against Kansas, with a great touchdown pass, and a terrible interception. Darius Anderson had a rough fumble that cost the Frogs’ the game. But there are a few other things to look out for against Kansas State this Saturday, some on the defensive side of the ball.

Patterson has raved about freshman safety Trevon Moehrig-Woodard, saying he could be the next great free safety to come through the program. And freshman linebacker Ben Wilson could see more time on the defensive side instead of mostly special teams.

New Canaan’s Collins takes over as starting QB at TCU | Stamford Advocate

Collins is the starter, but he knows the Frogs have a ways to go before they get where they want to be.

“That was a pretty cool experience. It was not the result we wanted but it felt great to be back on the field as a starter,” Collins said. “This is not where we want to be as a team, right now but we are taking it one game at a time and we are focused on getting better every week.”
