TCU just signed a huge piece of its recruiting class for 2019, as Max Duggan has sent in his NLI. He’s an early enrollee, and is set to be on campus in January.

Duggan, a 4-star quarterback, and the No. 10 dual-threat QB in the country according to 247 Sports’ Composite Rankings, was as solid as they come throughout the process. He committed to the Frogs on April 15th and never wavered, despite overtures from a handful of other schools.
The Council Bluffs, Iowa product held over 20 offers, including Georgia, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Oregon, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Nebraska.
Over the course of his senior season, Duggan, The Opening and Elite 11 finalist, threw for 2,130 yards and 24 touchdowns, completing just over 66% of his passes, while also rushing for 1,223 yards and 25 touchdowns.
Duggan has an impressive arm, and he showed it off during his time at The Opening.

You can see highlights from Duggan’s senior season here.
Duggan is the only QB in TCU’s 2019 class, and he’ll join a roster that includes Justin Rodgers and Mike Collins. With Duggan on campus for spring ball, he may just compete for a top spot on the depth chart.
Welcome to the Frog Fam, Max!
