Armstrong finished his senior season with 93 tackles, including 17 sacks, as he dominated opposing offensive lines all season. With TCU losing All-Big 12 products Ben Banogu and LJ Collier after the bowl game, Armstrong fills a huge position of need.
Standing at 6-3, 220, Armstrong needs to bulk up to play end, but he’s got a good frame to do just that, and he’s already proven he can produce along the defensive line.
Armstrong is one of several defensive linemen in this class for the Frogs, who focused heavily on the trenches in this recruiting cycle. He joins Soni Misi, Karter Johnson, and Colt Ellison along the line for TCU.
Welcome to the Frog Fam, Thomas!
