The Fourth of July isn’t the only time that North Texas will be seeing fireworks over the next few days, as several top football prospects get their chance to shine at The Star in Frisco over the long weekend.
TCU will have one commit onsite, as class of 2019 QB pledge Max Duggan makes the trip south from Iowa as one of the Elite 11 QBS on the roster. Duggan will likely be doing as much work off the field as on it as he tries to sway his Opening teammates into becoming Horned Frog teammates a year from now.
Here are the players that made the cut for the weekend’s 7on7 tournament and showcase that the Frogs have already offered as part of the #CarterBoys19 recruiting class.

If you were hoping to catch a glimpse of Duggan and some future college football stars, you’re in luck, as The Opening has two sessions open to the public, free of charge. Fans can attend the Showcase event on Sunday, July 1st, from 7 - 9:30pm, as well as the 7on7 Championship Tourney and Linemen Workout on Tuesday, July 3rd, from 8am - 2:30pm. All events take place at The Star in Frisco.
