TCU is once again being active and aggressive during the camp season, and once again, they have picked up a commitment the same day they made an offer. The newest member of #CarterBoys19 is running back Daimarqua Foster, a three star talent out of Wichita Falls, TX.

Foster, who mentioned in his tweet that LaDainian Tomlinson is his favorite running back of all time, is a 5’10”, 195 pound back and return man who stars for Hirschi High. TCU was his seventh offer, following Texas State, SMU, Texas Tech, Baylor, Houston, and Virginia Tech.

Another speedy, versatile player, Foster has been clocked at 4.43 in the 40 and 10.83 in the 100 yard dash. In addition to his breakaway speed, Foster employs a variety of moves, able to juke defenders or jump over them. He also has more power than you would think, and can run through contact or through defenders. He has averaged more 11 yards per carry in two varsity seasons, rushing for 3,975 yards and 59 touchdowns. His junior season was obscene as he scored 46 times, ran for over 100 yards in 13 of 14 games, averaging 233 yards per contest. That’s just sick. He holds the school record for yards in a game, accumulating 580 against Decatur last year as the Huskies beat their rival for the first time in a decade. LT once owned the single game yardage mark in college football, going off f0r 406 against UTEP in 1999 to set a mark that stood for 15 years.

A multi-sport athlete, he also stars for the basketball and track programs at Hirschi. Foster is the 13th commit in the class of 2019, the first running back, and just the second offensive skill position player, joining QB Max Duggan.
