Jaylen Fisher is out for 6-10 weeks, according to a release from TCU Athletics on Tuesday morning, due to arthroscopic surgery on his knee. Check out the full release:
TCU junior guard Jaylen Fisher will miss 6-10 weeks after having arthroscopic surgery on his right knee. Fisher is expected to be ready when TCU opens its season, Nov. 7 against Cal State Bakersfield.
Fisher has missed significant time in his first two seasons with the Horned Frogs. As a freshman, Fisher missed TCU’s run to the NIT Championship due to a wrist injury, and he missed the majority of the Big 12 slate and postseason due to a knee injury.
The positive spin this time around, is that it seems as though Fisher won’t miss any game action as he recovers from surgery.
