The Frogs landed a massive commit on Saturday night, when 4-star shooting guard P.J. Fuller pledged to TCU.

Fuller recently announced a Top 8 schools of Florida, Florida State, Washington, Texas Tech, UNLV, St. Mary’s, Iowa State, and TCU. Just a few days after announcing his list, Fuller visited TCU, and that visit seemed to seal the deal.

The Washington native is the first commit for TCU’s 2019 class, and he’s the highest rated recruit in TCU history, edging out Jaylen Fisher, according to 247 Sports’ Composite Rankings. Fuller is rated as the No. 6 shooting guard for the 2019 class, and is the No. 54 overall player in the 2019 class.

Here’s how Nigel Carter of Future 150 describes Fuller’s game:

Fuller is an athletic guard with great length and has the ability to score in a variety of ways. He can create off the bounce, utilizing an effective pull-up jumper, and can also attack the basket with strong finishes at the rim. A high-flyer, Fuller was one of the most athletic guards in attendance, but needs to improve his effort defensively. Still, it’s tough to ignore his physical tools, and the means are there for him to become a lockdown defender.

This is a huge get for Jamie Dixon and Co., who have now started their 2019 class with a bang.
