Kenny Hill knows what it’s like to transfer in to TCU, and he swears by his experience.
“Just the feeling you get coming here, you know all the coaches want you to succeed,” Hill said. “You can go on and have a normal job or whatever, but they’re going to try and help you succeed. The players here? They accept you. There’s nothing like it. This place is special.”
The Frogs overcame a huge deficit, but couldn’t pull out the win in Stillwater.
TCU (11-2, 1-1) was able to overcome an 18-point first-half deficit to tie the game in the fourth quarter, but the Cowgirls (10-3, 1-1) out-rebounded the Frogs, 40-31, and hit enough free throws down the stretch to pull out the victory.
